He’ll streamline permitting across state agencies, cut red tape for local entrepreneurs, and expand access to affordable capital so more Wisconsinites can turn ideas into income. 

Crowley will make it easier for small business owners to get the advice, financing, and support they need to grow—and back community-based lenders that know how to reach the entrepreneurs big banks ignore. 

Additionally, he’ll use state incentives to prioritize storefront growth in commercial corridors, not just corporate subsidies. Because building an economy that works everywhere means making sure small businesses can thrive anywhere.

As County Executive, Crowley has already expanded bus routes, championed new transit corridors, and fought for federal infrastructure dollars to keep Wisconsin moving. As Governor, he’ll take that fight statewide — because no one should lose out on opportunity because of where they live or how they get around.

Through smart revenue reform, Crowley will ensure local governments have the tools and funding to serve their residents—while lowering property taxes and re-empowering local decision-making.
